Eine neue App von Radiohead verknüpft ihren Song "Bloom" mit Bildern.
Auf ein neues Album von Radiohead muss man noch warten. Dennoch sendet die Band ein erstes Lebenszeichen seit „The King Of Limbs“ von 2011:
Die App Polyfauna sei eine „experimentelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen Radiohead und Universal Everything“, entstanden aus den „King of Limb“-Sessions. Sie enthalte „Bilder und Klänge“ aus dem Albumtrack „In Bloom“. „Polyfauna“ gibt es nun für iOS und Android.
Thom Yorkes Statement dazu:
„We have made an app called PolyFauna.
PolyFauna is an experimental collaboration between us (Radiohead) & Universal Everything, born out of The King of Limbs sessions and using the imagery and the sounds from the song Bloom.
It comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious.
